Magnaflow 11385 installed!
let me say this first, im glad i went through with this. after it was installed i pull out and step on it a little, i can def hear/feel the difference. along with my tanabe exhaust the magnaflow gives it a little deeper tone. just perfect for me, not too loud yet loud enough to notice it. btw its very very gf/wife friend and dont forget the cops too.
thanx to a few members here to help me make my decision, esp Csquared, his pictures are worth 1000 words, i copy exactly what he did. went to a local muffler shop, showed him what i wanted to do and he went to it. before he even installed it he knew i wouldn't get any rasp or drone. he said expect it to sound deeper.
total cost 77 shipped for the magnaflow muffer, 125 labor. 202! money well spent, if anyone thinking about doing this mod alone without any exhaust, i think it'll sound good.
heres a pic of what i cut off, resonator and y-pipe removed.
heres how it sound before the magnaflow
heres what it sound like with. if i find a friend is willing to take a drive by vid ill post that up too.
btw i might put my stock exhaust back on to see how it sound, i know alot of people here wants to know as well. ill update once i get it done.

not a prob!
i order the parts from here magnaflowplanet.com 77 shipped
bring it to a muffler shop, i use the same size piping as the stock. i think its 2 or 2 1/4 inch.
weld 4 piping total. muffler guy bent the shape of it n weld onto it. muffler is weld where the stock y-pipe is not where the stock resonator sits. total hrs spent 1 1/2.
