He got G35 08 . . sometimes the rpm goes down all of sudden, then it starts shakin a lil and is about to switchs off by itself . .
NOTE : this happens when the car in standstill only !

You need a little more information than just shakin a lil and is about to swtichs off by itself for us to tell you what's wrong with your friends car. To me it just sounds like your friend isn't shifting right and doesn't know how to drive stick and almost stall.

it happens all the time . . whenever he's in standstill .
he got an auto transmition by the way . . it happenes when the stick in N condition or even in D mode ( while he presses the break of course)

 

that is my problem exactly. read my thread "Idle RPM drop". My problem is still not fixed. is his car modded? I wanna gather everyone who has the same issue and try to contact Infiniti HQ to solve it. Maybe they can come up with a TSB and update the ECU.

 

The car is a 2008. Your friend should have a factory warranty still and take it in to get looked at. As stated earlier, could be sooo many different things.

 

nope . . it's not modded at all , and this is what make it even worse, i mean your car is modded with an after market SRI, so such problem may come up in your case since u're dealing with a sensitive mass air sensor . too bad that ur car still not fixed anyway, looks like a serious problem we got here !

 

I had the problem since November 08. I put my SRI in August 09. If anything, the intake reduced the issue.
