dyno wont capture actual gains achieved with throttle restriction removed, right? 0-60 comparo's may be better for that comparison. Bat, I'll mail you my gTech if you want to run before and afters with that. It's much cheaper than dyno as well . It's just sitting in my car doing nothing right now.

I get 5.4-5.5 constantly (bone stock), and we have the same car for the most part in case "before's" are hard to get. I'd be tempted to get one of these if you pulled 5.2s or less.

Here's the dyno chart for 07-08 G35 Sedans. 7hp and 5tq for 450 seems a little steep

7hp and 5tq for $350 is a great deal to me. way more hp and tq than an intake at the same price. plus if it adds 1-3mpg, then its even more worth it.

$350 is an excellent price for those gains.

^ IMO people need to stop thinking about peak numbers.
You can have 20hp gain in a spike that means nothing on the road.
You can also have 5hp gain that is all through the range & gives a BIG increase in area between the curves.

In that case I'll take the 5hp any day.

And don't forget about increased throttle sensitivity and taking off the line, which is very important to me, I hate my pedal sensitivity

From: Waltham Ma,
I was not saying I only want peak HP at or over 6500 heck I'm never up that high to much but to have more throught the band and have that up top maybe worth the $$$. We also have to remember this has been done on one car only so far and we ALL know each car is different. I'm not saying its a bad idea but maybe just maybe it is. If I keep my G I will be looking for something but we'll see. Again BAT thanx for the testing and info.

Bat, there's been a lot of talk about a 0-60 run but no conformation. Have you ever run a baseline 0-60? If so, would you mind doing a 0-60 run now to see if you improved? If you don't feel comfortable, I understand.

Why would you buy this tuner if you aren't comfortable doing 0-60 runs? That would be like buying a new 8lb sledge to install crown molding......
