Can I get a quality tune with our having uprev? Just noticed my car has a spacer and want to maximize its potential whit out breaking the bank. need a paint job first.

Ps. How can I check if my car possible has a Osiris/uprev license?

What model do you have? This is the 07-08 sedan thread... they have the HR motor and don't use spacers.. but honestly uprev is the only way to go for tuning.

Try map switching with the cruise control and see if it works. If it does your car has been tuned. More than likely not tho, since just the flash license is worth $300 and the previous owner wouldn't have "forgotten" it on there

I'm guessing there's not too much action over in the first gen section so they apparently come here instead.

No worries, just so you know it and can take (or give) any info in the correct context.

I'm new to this forum, so hope I'm in the right place... I just ordered a Hypertech programmer for my 2006 G35 Coupe. I was previewing the instruction manual and saw a statement (in bold face) that the satellite radio fuse must be removed before tuning. I have a XM/Sirius radio installed by the dealer and integrated into the OEM radio. Does this warning apply in my case? If so, where is the radio fuse? And what sort of nasty business would happen if I did nothing with the radio? Thanks!
