very rough idling at startup?

hey guys..there is some problem in my G since past two three months..the car starts fine but after 5 mins or so...when im driving on lower rpms or 30-40 mph..its starts skipping and there are literally jerks which goes on for a min or less..it goes away if i increase the speed...when the engine is hot like after 10 mins of driving nothing wrong for the whole day...only happens on cold engine.

Took it to the dealer here but they can read my car's ECU as mine is US specs

Any suggestions?? I have a fujitha intake but don't exactly remember
