Cobb Post MAF hose

i read about these long time back when cobb was attempting intakes for our cars but gave up as they could not get any appreciable gains for the buck. They said that these hoses are better than OEM and AF intake tubes as there is more heat tolerance and least absorption form the engine bay to keep the air cool.
Not sure if they really are worth the money though for AF folks unless they show some other benefits such as gains!

I doubt that there'd be much in the way of gains.
Air traveling through, really doesn't have time to heat soak any way.
Whether air flow is any better is hard to say.
I can't see spending that kind of money on them myself.

^ WOW you have officially tried all the intake combo's there are on the G. You have been bitten viciously by the mod bug! Though i dont expect any differnce of any sort, did notice anything?
Other than that Enjoy!

@Glover. They do have two design advantages.
1) It is a straight tube with no spirals like the OEM tube so the air will flow right through freely without any resistance.
2) The material is made to insulate against heat much better than OEM.
So it MIGHT make some difference though i doubt it but as per Bats observations there is something there.
