Ok, so i did the install this weekend!

The install was a little more invovled then I thought, the fitment with the crankcase hoses sucked butt!
I had to trim the ones that came and even had to dremel a piece of the crankcase connection where the three tubes come together on the driver side.
I really don't feel any gains as was expected, but the sound is awesome when you get on it!

Yeah they def haven't fixed it and from what I can tell the issue isn't with the length of the tubes. I think the tube needs to be curved and angled differently to make the fitment perfect.
