370Z Y pipe on 07 Sedan?

guys, I took my exhaust out of my new 370Z, and want to know if installing the Z's Y pipe on my G will make some difference. I am just running on Tanabe axle backs on G.

Or does anyone knows if I can use more parts of the Z's exhaust on G?

The 370z and our Y-Pipes offer identical flow... I don't think it'll be worth swapping unless you had a vq35 y-pipe installed..

^^ Not on an 07-up sedan, the exhaust is completely different from 03-06 models.

I agree with OMG, I think your Z and G y-pipes are nearly identical; from what I've read the diameters on the Z unit may be ever so slightly larger. Not worth doing, IMO.

The Z34 Z and V36 G have almost identical Y-pipes. Makes no difference at all.

Tanabe and Ichiba both make Y-pipes for us. Then there's at least 10 other JDM companies most of which are really expensive.

my project was to swap out Z hr ypipe with my sedan HR ypipe.

Z hr ypipe piping is slightly larger than sedan hr ypipe, which will give me more of that growl sound and maybe better flow.

I havent done it yet, but its still my own ideal right now.
