Braille Battery Install
So i just picked up a lightweight braille battery for my g. and i cannot mount it because it is too small. the stock battery compartment is so big and the mounts we have are not the standard double bolt down type. its a clip or flange on one side and the bolt down on the other. those who changed the battery out know what im talking about.
my question is has anyone else did this?
or any suggestions onto what tool universal kit to use. i went to autozone pep boys. they go hey man use a bungie cord to hold it on.

LOL. maybe on a civic. have you tried to take out the stock battery? fyi you have to take apart half of the engine covers just to get that out.

I only wish I had your problems when I was stuffing the XS Power D2700 into my G. Apparently, I'm going in the opposite direction from everyone else by adding weight to my car instead of removing it.
I'd be curious to find out the specs on this battery and to see how it handles your car's electronics. I remember my factory battery not being able to handle more than an hour of the head unit being on with hardly any volume while I edited track names and sorted through music box. But then again, it was three years old at the time.
