Trans Go valve body kit is RAW ('08 G35x)

As one of my many upgraded mods I had done recently, the Trans Go kit has turned out to be not for the faint of heart. Even under moderate acceleration, the tires chirp from 1st to 2nd and even 2nd to 3rd on my 5AT. Under WOT, they will chirp 3rd to 4th...I s**t you not. Granted, HP and especially TQ has been increased after the FBO and tune. The kit claims to prolong the life of the transmission but my butt dyno feels like it wants to tear the gears from their housing. I even turn off traction control in good weather to help alleviate drivetrain stress. The kit does make for more spirited driving and I bet it's awesome at the track but sometimes I feel I'm showing off like a teenager. The 5AT is known to be less refined than the newer 7AT and this Trans Go kit only exemplifies it.

Disclaimer: I also have an adjustable electric throttle controller. Does this have any impact on gear changes?

Things like pedal commander just make it so when you push on the gas pedal it actually gives MORE throttle instead of being a linear curve.

Stock pedal if you push 15% you get 15% throttle, 50% you get 50% throttle, 80% you get 80% throttle, etc.

Pedal commander plug ins if you push 15% you get 30% throttle, 50% you get 80% throttle, etc.

It makes it SEEM LIKE you're getting more power but all it's doing is adding a curve to the throttle input, your gas pedal is just an electric switch, it's not cable connected to the motor.

I recommend removing the pedal commander and seeing if that helps, no it isn't causing any extra damage to the transmission itself, the faster engagement on the clutch packs actually does make the transmission last longer.

Are you 100% sure you used the EXACT SIZE DRILL BITS they recommended for opening up the ports in the valve body? I've never heard of it banging gears so hard it's chirping tires under normal driving, but that could happen if the wrong size bits were used.

A quick follow-up.... In my original post, I was referring to driving in manual mode (AT). When the car shifts automatically (DS or D), its smooth with no jerking or bucking. The shifts in WOT are impressive with some serious g forces when the higher gear is engaged. VSC is always off except when the roads are slippery due to ice or snow. This prevents the power cutting which feels like a split second of heavy braking.
