Will let you know - bought the kit, and will get around to installing it pretty soon (although I'm a little concerned about drilling through to place the ECM wire...)

I have the 10-wire kit on my 06 and it does make a differance. The car idles smoother and about 100-200RPM's lower. On my AT the shifts are much quicker and harder in manumatic mode.

I had one on my 6mt 350z. It made the car rev and idle smoother. I don't know about the G35 though.
