I just switched from the treo 650 to the 8525 and im having problems with it on the bluetooth screen.

On my treo, it would show up with a battery indictator and a signal strength on the G's screen. Well with the 8525, i dont get the battery indicator at all and the signal strength shows no bars at all while i have a full signal on the phone.

Anyone else having the same problem or is it just me?

I have the 8525 also...when i had windows 5 mobile it wouldn't show the battery and signal bars at all, after installing window 6 mobile and a few updates everything was displayed on the navi screen and i never knew the whole time.....

 

Is WM6 out for AT&T, or is this an "unofficial" ROM?

 

WM6 is not out for AT&T yet but will be included in the new 8925....yeah it is an unofficial but ur able to get it from HTC's website for the 8525

 

It looks like WM6 is carrier specific. Which version are you using with your 8525 on AT&T?

 

I've had 8525 before I switched to Treo750. Well, I was running a cooked up version of WM6Pro and guess what, I didn't have the signal bars nor battery info shown up on the screen. Now with Treo750, and also with a version of cooked up WM6Pro, I do see the signal bars, however, no battery info. Hope that helped.
