Will Nissan Dealerships work on our cars.

I'm sure there's post out there. Someone please send me the link.
I'm considering having the local Nissan dealership work on my car verus the local Infiniti dealership. Will they have the parts, know the vehicle in detail, know about recalls and service bulletins etc

You can get regular maintenance done anywhere or just do it yourself, just keep all your receipts to prove the maintenance was done. (also helps if you decide to sell the car)
Warranty service and TSBs have to be done @ the dealership.

i tried to get an oil change at Nissan, but got into an argument with the tech because I told him to put in 7 quarts of the oil I brought in and he didn't understand that I had an oil spacer and an aftermarket oil pan lol

Basically, i had a problem at the local Inifiniti shop. I'm in an area where the next Infiniti dealership is 80 miles plus away; however, there's 4 Nissan dealerships within 20 miles from my house. Go figure. Richmond Virginia has only one Infiniti shop and one Acura shop which I own both type cars... it's a lose lose if you don't like the shops HERE! Plus i didn't buy either car from them...

I've done routine oil changes and the 7500 mile services at the local Nissan. (15K and 30K services at Infiniti dealership). I've also done brakes and batteries at the Nissan dealership.
