what warranty if any could this void? I really like the sound and the performance increase would be nice but I am still the hesitant guy in the corner when it comes to my warranty ya know. thanks

 

All that it will void is your exhaust portion of your warranty from the manufacture. One would like to think if you had our exhaust and had an issue with it that you would come to us, not the dealer.

Oh, BTW, I was at the PCH meet yesterday and heard the Sebring mufflers from SOLOPRESIDENT(Vic) on his G37S. I have to say, it sounded like just about the same as your Magnaflow mufflers, yet a tad bit toned down. It was pretty nice, and I'm sure it's gonna bring the dB level up a bit once you put the HFCs on them. Man... I can't wait to put them mufflers on my car!!!

 

Sorry, the dyno appointment on Saturday got postponed. Looks like next Saturday will be the next opening. I guess I could have made the PCH cruise, but decided to finish up the brake project instead.

FI managed to get 10HP out of the G37 version so i'm hoping for something close.

I'm also undecided on the HFC.

 

Any feedback on the exaust system? Since you had it on for a while, now. Any more comments from your co-workers and relatives?

How much do you like it on a scale of 1 to 10, and 10 being the "ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE". LOL

 

Performance wise ... I can definetly feel the difference. The only thing keeping it from being perfect to me is the sound is sometimes a little loud but not droning.

Co-workers that did not know there was an exhaust didn't say anything though so maybe I'm a little sensitive to it.

In general, the guys that knew about it liked it and the women that knew about it thought it was kinda loud (but tolerable) for a sedan.

Obviously, the features are all there, but I think key to a puchase decision is what the price will be compared to the others. And for me ... the bonus is they are located locally.

 

Sounds good. I still want to hear the car with the Sebring mufflers on. I've also contacted Berk's for the HFC, and just waiting to hear from them... I hope I can get a good deal on them.

 

Any idea how much HP gains can be obtained from HFC's? How much do they cost?
