ive had this issue for a long time now, but just havent had the time to bring it to the dealer.. i get the slip, vdc, and brake light (emergency brake warning light). when you guys say a new brake switch are you refering to the emergency brake switch, or the brake pedal switch? im at the point of needing rear pads now, but this issue has been going on for 10k miles already. i am bringing it in next week though.

I had this problem, turned out one of my brake lines had a leak. A nut wasnt tight enough so every time I pressed on the brakes a little bit would leak out. so after a couple of months lights would come back on. Hope that helps.

blaah....just when i thought i've been experienced every G35 complaint mentioned in this forum, this just happened to me this morning while down-shifting to 4th and WOT.

I'm about to check my brake fluid and pads.

It maybe happened because your pads worn out.

VDC / Slip / ABS

I have had a similar occurrence just this past weekend. Received a VDC SLIP ABS warning light on my dash. Called the service department who asked me if the car was driving okay. I said yes and said I would bring it in after the long holiday. Well, car completely crapped out on me in the middle of nowhere and had to be towed back. Oil all over the trunk of my car. Thought it was the differential, and was told today the whole differential had to be replaced. Seal was replaced a week ago and obviously wasn't the problem. They "think" it is a faulty weld or something. We will see what happens.

Just before this happend I noticed my breaking not being as strong and also a dip in my gas milage. Anyone have similar issues?

Hmmm..I just had this issue this morning when I did some mountain driving~ couple of hard corners. First the "Slip" light flashes and then stays on. I pulled over and restart engine and it was fine.
Then I continue driving and did some hard corners and this time "Slip" came on and "VDC off" comes on also. I restarted the engine and it went away.
My brake fluid is at max level, never touched it since I had the car. The brake pads are also pretty new.....
already over warranty and heard from everyone that infiniti dealers have terrible service so never want to bring the car to them...
unlike lexus or acura they fix it for you even after warranty expires =.=

I hate the "nanny" (VDC) and turn it off often when I drive.

It does go on if you "work at it".....

I have the 35xS and have had zero issues while driving with the VDC off. If I corner too hard, the all wheel drive gives a little "assist" no muss, no fuss, after all awd is not just for snow and lousy weather.

Yeap, awd keeps you in controll without vdc. I turn off the vdc even winter too.

Cool fixed for now

I too had the same problem with the 3 lights being on. After reading what the infiniti help forum, I topped off my brake fluid and the lights have gone out! I'd definitely try this fix first before ever taking it to the dealership.

I've had this happen to. I've only noticed the "slip" light come on after doing serious donuts. Never knew why, but the light DOES go off with a restart. Weird.

Your brake fluid is low. I've had this happen as well. Search and you'll find more info on it.
