Exclamation Performance of Speed Sensitive Wipers?

I don't see the Wipers reacting to speed changes in the intermittent mode. Called Dealer today, they told me that there are sensors in the windshield that affect the performance ??? I also made sure that the speed sensitivity was "turned on" in the comfort & convenience Menu. In fact, turned it on & off a few times, to no avail. Anybody else experience this?

Well, that confirms it. The Speed sentive wipers are NOT working. I can't stand when a Dealer Service rep. spews BS when aasked a question about a spec on car at these price levels. very irrirtating. Now I'll need to bring the car in for service. Other than this and the Moon roof rubber bezel that became loose and was repaired, I've had no other problems.
