Will 19 x 8.5" 35mm Offset (All Around) fit fine on G35S??
Will 19 x 8.5" 35mm Offset (All Around) fit fine on G35S??
Hey guys,
Im looking at a set of wheels, they are 19 x 8.5 with 35mm offset. I would like to run a staggered setup but Im looking to see if these will work for the time being. Plus I wouldn't mind being able to rotate the tires to get more life out of them. I plan to run something like 245/40-19s on them and possibly lower the car on Eibachs. Will these sit flush? Will Spacers be needed? Thanks for the insight guys!

Right Now, im leaning more towards Impuls rather than Eibachs. Im guessing these should still fit flush with the subtle drop of Impul Springs? I really was worrying about the wheels clearing the Sport brakes but if 5-10mm spacers can handle that issue as well, I might pick up this set of wheels. Thanks!

Here's how mine look...
Here's one shot of what the size and offset looks like on my Skyline but you can see the rest of the photos and read all the details in this thread...

higuma: very nice. heh, those rims look shockingly similar to some of the option STi rims from the past, only bigger.
it looks like that size + impul springs + 255's all around would work out quite nicely on a g35s. the stagger needs to go!

Higuma, thats great that you shared that with me. BTW, very clean Skyline. Now Im sure these wheels that im looking to get will work out fine. Im not sure if I want to run that 45 series tire yet but 245 or 255 sounds good. I kind of wanted something that was an "upgrade" yet I can still reap the benefits of going with a non staggered set-up. Thanks again guys!
