Cig Lighter Fuse location?

I'm currently at work in my dress attire. I briefly read the owners manual, but the pic didn't show a very good shot of where the fuse box is on the passenger side. Can someone provide me with this info?

My Cig lighter housing came out with my Belkin ipod dock. I'm assuming it blew the fuse. I have my RD hardwired to the cig power and it too isn't working.

there's an access door thin width and long up and down behind the emergency brake pedeal. at the top, there's a spot for your finger to pop it out, then you'll see the fuse cover. take the cover off and there it lists what is what. there's one that specifically says cig lighter. on the bottom right, there's some spare fuses as well and there's a fuse puller at the top.

So it's on the drivers side? I thought the manual said the passenger side. It's going to be difficult to do this without getting my dress clothes dirty:-)

not too difficult, just be careful to not get your knees dirty. The fuses nowadays are super small tho, and be careful not to drop it.

Kind of off topic...but I remember reading that nothing should be plugged into the cig lighter, if you need the power source you should use the armrest. I hadn't seen any problems until now...but might continue to be a problem? Just wanted to share...sorry I don't remember specifics about where I read that, but it was in the manual somewhere.

I've had my radar detector plugged into mine for some time now. Also have had my wife's Ipod charging out of it.

The only problem is the Belkin adapter plug was tight as hell and pulled the metal half way out.

In the 07 sedan manual under Instruments and controls 2-45:
The cigarette lighter socket is a powersource for the cigarette lighter element only. The use of the cigarette lighter socket as a power source for any other accessory is not recommended.
Do not use any other power outlet for anaccessory lighter.

it says that because it has like a 15A fuse setup or something small like that and and can't handle a whole lot of watts with that. You can put whatever in there and if it blows then you know you've used in too much.

Hello somewhat same problem. My cigarette lighter doesn’t work nor does my armrest I know where he fuse box is under the emergency break but I don’t know where the matching location is under the hood. Absolutely no idea which fuse it is to replace. Please help me solve this case.
