Auto Up feature for window

Hey Guys,
I posted threads on this topic a while ago and the problem still persists. The Auto-Up feature of the driver side front window keeps malfunctioning. I dropped of the car today at the dealer and now have proof on paper that this is their 4th attempt at fixing the issue which keeps arising every 2-3 weeks. So far they've replaced the power window motor and switch. The service manager states that there are no other parts in the window assembly which can be replaced relating to the power window mechanism. They are having one of their Infiniti Specialists coming out to check it. One of the service reps stated that if the Infiniti Rep cant fix it, noone could. I've re-set the window myself by holding the switch down and up for the 3 seconds and it only fixes the problem for 2-3 weeks. Where do I go from here if it does'nt get fixed again? Anyone of you had to go through the lemon policy or "dealer buy-back"?

If the switch and motor are working in manual mode, the BCM (Body Control Module) must have lost power for some reason. Or it could be a bad BCM.

I got my car back yesterday and the service manager stated that his technical support group recommended changing the window regulator. So far, they've replaced the power window motor (2x), the switch and now the regulator. According to the service manager there is no other part left in the window assembly to change out that is related to the operation.
