....anyone else have a problem getting a fresh battery?

I purposely went to a high volume store so that I'd be more likely to get a fresh battery.
...Just got the low battery today after less than 2 months.

I've repalced my battery a few months back, but even after replacing the low battery sign still shows up, if I put the same battery in my spare key fob it does not show up as low battery, I think I just need a very strong new battery.
