From: Waltham Ma,
bump still no update, There were checking the MAF yesterday but I got no call so I guess the MAF is not the issue. I just hope Infiniti gives me a new car next week when they call.

From: Waltham Ma,
No new news yet, other than the feild tech on FEB 5th.. WTF.. they said they will have a decision on Friday. If they try to give me the run around I will be contacting my att general's office and have a lawer call them. I'm starting to get BS about this whole thing they tried the MAF and down loaded the readings and sent them to tech line and all is good, Of course it is. They are still waiting for the new headlight to come in. Just take the car back and give me a new one, Tired of paying for a loaded car and driving a base car, 3 payments and counting.

ANMVQ, I can't imagine how angry you must be. I'm livid just reading the past 9 pages

I'm not a lawyer, but after 12 weeks, you've satisfied MA's "reasonable" repair attempts. It appears as though you shouldn't have a problem getting a g37 from what I have read.

From: Waltham Ma,
Hey Thanx for the link.. I took a look at that before I called Infiniti.. I'm well past the Ma repair attempts. I just hope they do not make me call the Att General's office and stand by their car.

I'm not sure if this gives you any comfort or makes things worse, but I was having an argument with a vendor today....after reading your posts I started to get the feeling as if my trouble wasn't as bad as yours...so I felt a lot better

The best way for them to stand by their car is to say "here, have a brand new car that we know won't have any problems". There will always be failure in any manufacturing process, and I'm sure they know this.

I bet the dealer is fighting corporate before they admit failure...if they're actually contacting corporate...hmmm

From: Waltham Ma,
I will ignore the above coment.. Anyway after all these test and talks with the feild tech and tech line now there want me to swap the cats. I will be dropping of the factory cats on Saturday am. I know 99% of you including myself think the HFC's have nothing to do with this but my luck they will. They still have no clue whats wrong, They removed the rear O2 sensors and reset the self learn and the car still did the same thing. Now they want to put the factory cats back in and retest the car. So we will see??
