I had this prob in another car - what i did was get some lysol (whatever scent you prefer) and spray it into the fresh air intake for the a/c system. It worked great - no more funky odors. Going forward i shut off a/c early to dry out the evap core to prevent this from happening again.

good luck

Are you sure you haven't somehow gotten some dirt or grit into the washer fluid tank? Something has to be clogging it.
If I had to clear the jets once a month, I'd look for a better solution, like maybe pulling out the tank and giving it a good cleaning.
my jets began clogging soon after I bought the damn thing...never opened up the fill cap or anything(they always refill it at the dealership). The service manager says its a common problem.

May not be a bad idea to check the tank, but somehow I think that the place where I generally park overnight (prone to dusty winds, near the beach) has something to do with it. I'd rather clean the jets than use a cover (don't have access to a garage there).
