My LED MOD!!!

Well, FINALLY after waiting almost 2 weeks for the right LEDs to come, I've changed my lights! (Some of you may have read the thread about me buying the wrong ones because I'm an idiot). Note to you 07'ers: Our bulb is the 194 for our door panel, dome lights, rear passenger lights, and license plate lights!

Here are some crappy pics I took with my camera, enjoy!

License Plate

Door

Dome

Rear

Again, sorry for the crappy pics, but you get the idea!

BTW, I bought these LED's from V-LEDS.com and they dim and everything! On my license plates I put the "high power" one, the door panels and backseat I put 4-LED and for the dome I put the 6-LED.

Really easy. Take a flathead screwdriver or butterknife, stick it into the lens, and pop it out - it won't break. But it MIGHT leave slight dents in the area around your lens depending what tool you use. Pull the current bulb out (becareful its hot), and then stick the new one in. That easy. License plate light was kind of a pain to reach though.

I just read about a headlight catching on fire on an Acura TL. Do you think changing the light will cause this? The website says it is 12v. Is it too much?

Thx.

it seems to me that these might be too bright... is this the case at all? I don't want to have to look away from the light source or divert my eyes ya know? Maybe it is those pics but that looks really bright.

actually not too bright at all. if u look up it'll be bright, but as far as luminating the cabin at night, it's actually a really sleek dim kinda look.

you guys are crazy for wanting to make your license plates MORE visible at night... What reason could you possibly have for doing that?
