sorry for the late reply JP1080INC....i forgot to subscribe to the thread.
i have a balast issue with mine. they dont like to catch the bulb after ignition(they cut off after being initially turned on).....got them from v-leds.com and do not recommend them.

but the ones my buddy picked up for his is350 work PERFECTLY. he got those from advanced automotive concepts.

nice to hear the AAC ones are working well for him, that's where mine are coming from. how do you like your 6k's versus the stock ones? i'm contemplating doing them but not sure. if i am, might as well do it while i'm in there.

and do you have to keep throwing your car around to show us all up..... lol

he asked for pics, and thats all i had...

i like providing a fellow forum surfer the pics they seek

i love the 6000k's. they stand out on the road, but not enough to look like a "cheesy" hid upgrade. they fit the car well.

yes, the 3k hid is what I got on order from AAC. They're kits are specific to the bulb and for the 9006 location, they offer 3k to 10k.

And just saying that, the fog is mostly worthless for most applications. I wonder if it would be beneficial to use in a 6k fashion to use in conjunction with the headlights for more of a driving light setup.

i must say, after i installed the 3k's in my fogs, available driving light within 50ft of the car jumped GREATLY!

and it blends in the 6k light to where its just an awesome display of reflectivity. i recommend. but i would also like to see pics of the looks with 6k in both.

i might get a std. silverstar 9006 and put it in the fog location to see how the light is distributed. if it's high enough or whatever, then I may consider sending the 3ks back for some 6ks.... but I'll probably end up using the 3ks.

If I could just get the damn things to turn on and off independently of the headlights, then you could really see where they're working and take advantage of the amber lens. I'm investigating the KPTech deal right now.

Mr. Ivory, what 6k bulb are you using?

i had the 6000k's in my fogs, wasn't a great idea, "white" lights does well at reflecting stuff, but it doesn't light up the road well. I took it out, b/c if it was making stop signs shine from further away, it's also potentially blinding on coming traffic... I put the stock bulbs back in, and i'll probably get 3000k to use, since it's yellow, it'll light up the road for more visibility when i need it, but not for everyday....

Yes, it is the 3000k Oracle kit. And as a matter of fact, 2 minutes ago, it was delivered here to my office. Anyone know what the best way to get to the fog light bulb location is?

True, but the point I was making was it could be a possibility for a 'driving' light which wouldn't be used in traffic anyways, more on those dark back roads late at night. What I'm wondering is how high the beam would be with a 6000k in there, like if your brights were on, would it be visibly more in the distance or about the same?

Yep, did it the other day when i was trying the luminics.
just remove the stock air box and take and look in behind the headlight housing and take the bulb out and thats about it. I only did the driver side though as a test. I hear the passenger side is a *****....

POST SOME PICS ASAP OF YOUR KIT - POR FAVOR
