Which brand for fog lights should I go with?

Wassup guys I need your opinions on which brand I should go with before purchasing. I'm trying to decided between the PIAA 9006 xtreme white plus OR the JDM 9006 hyper-flux LED bulbs for my fogs. OR if you know anything better than those, im open for suggestions.

I've been told that the PIAA bulbs are a good brand and that it doesn't damage the fuse when it blows out unlike some other brands, but what about the JDMs? Can anybody give me their thoughts of the pro/con's between the two or if you had any problems w/ either?

Here's a link for the JDM bulbs:

Thanks in advance

I think these look butter than the JDM one you posted, at least it looks more solid.

I have purchased JDM LED's for my interior and license plate lights.

Its working pretty good so far =)

Those foglights are actually quite nice! i didnt know those exist.. I Always thought it would have to be a normal bulb for fog lights... hmmmm...

Anways, I first got PIAA's but they were still quite yellow so I changed them up again for Hoen Fog lights. They are pretty white initially, upon initial start up, but I find they get a bit yellower as the car warms up. But from afar, they still look fairly white.

This is a pic of my car right after starting it up.

no doubt... haha.. yes, the correct term to describe Hoens are "fairly white" hehe

PIAA's can be called " not white at all ". lol Wasted 80 bucks on those.. uggh....

but im really feeling these LED fogs!! DAMN! how come I didnt know about this before..

Im not gonna want to change it up again for the 3rd time.. cuz thats just silly. lol

Really easy take off the intakes and you can reach it. You want to buy my Hoens? I used them for like 2 weeks then got HID fogs to match my headlights. Now i want the LED ones because the HIDS still don't really match. But LEDS means they are 100% for show you can't see anything with them

I would look at the LEDs. Not sure anyone has tried it before. You can always sell them if you do not like. You know. As for myself, I was looking more for practicality . . . and late, late night runs down some canyon roads. Fun stuff. Either way. Gotta love the G!

ya it's not like our fog lights really do anything anyways, might as well just grab some LEDs so that at least look cool.

Im sure there is some sort of bypass to do it but im sure its quite complicated. I saw a thread on this before.. but i cant remember which one.

Yes, we canadians have daylight running lights (DRL's). Lucky us :P hehe

And yes, as Csquared said, remove half of the intakes.. not the entire piece. Just the airbox thingy. Then you can access the fog lights. The housing/plug that holds the fog lights is colored orange.

I agree... fogs dont really shed much light anyway.. U got your HID's for that. I would try out the fog LED's and let us know how u like it!
