Thanks rustyeleio and IrockAG35! I know if I screw up, it will take more money to fix. But I believe my ego will be paid off in near future!
I got the Angel eye kit from Advance motors. I probably go to my friend's garage to install that ****. I also have caliper paint for lite blue. I'll post the picture after I finish it.
By the way my ride is, blue slate.
Thanks again guys for supporting.
I'm in Seattle if anybody can meet up to help, I will glad to meet you guys.

Take off the bumper lights. Get under the fender liner, and there's a bolt and a screw on the top of the underside of the bumper (as you see in the pdf). Remove those. Your bumper is pretty much ready to come off now. Most, if not all bumpers are just like this.
You can take your time to take off the bolts connecting everything else underneath, but if you're only removing your headlights, you can drop the bumper on the ground, letting it hang to avoid removing all those bolts underneath (big deal if you're dropped like I am). Use a large cloth or towel so you don't scratch your bumper on the floor.
