but isnt he a stand up guy... then he would still send those parts out anyways right? you all dont have confidence that they will get the right parts? why would he punish others for the past orders that were all screwed up?

so what youre saying is the people who sent this guy money like weeks ago, still doesnt have their parts, wrong parts, so he is NOT going to make things right.

I bought a Klum kit from a guy who recieved two kits, got charged twice, hmmmm sounds like an honest mistake, well after 3 weeks of NO RESPONCE AT ALL, he posted it online for sale. Becaus I am a thread hawk I knew I had a better chance of driving from DC to Chicago, to pick up a kit (which the 1st kit had major fitment issues) than to waist my time trying to order it from Klum.

what does that say... I drove 22 hours in a full size SUV because I was not confident that I would get 1. correct order. 2 order in a timely fashion. 3. get it all all.

one guy said he never got his kit WTF? I posted up on his FS thread (quote) and was like did this ever get resolved? If he would of replied yes, then I would of bought from him.

we dont expect shizzil to be perfect....its aftermarket... but we do expect a person to return a PM, text, or phone call. Dont you all find it a tab bit funny that he will return a txt about ordering, but not about complaints, wrong shippment, duplicate, shipment, etc?

One thing about the NGC is that we are all Family. If someone screws over your family...its on like Donkey Kong.

I am giving this thread a few hours, I know one of his BOYs will tell him about it. I hope he responds with hey all, I have been really busy with my own car, on vacation, met a fine azz chick, had a death in family, or something....but for 2009 Klum is not on point.

 

If eric picks up calls... return calls... texts... holds up to what he says he will do then there wouldn't be so much negative threads. I don't mind waiting over 6 weeks and not complaining. Then I get the wrong kit... fine... I'll work with that and still get it installed... but now that **** doesn't fit??? LOL when he says at the bottom of his threads that he guarantees fitment? If not he will fix the order blah blah blah... but he's not available to fix them.

Maybe I shouldn't complain and have more people taken advantage of?

I'm at the point where I wouldn't bet on this guy ever making this right... if he hasn't made it right for others what makes me think he'll make it right for me? He can't even get back to me after I tried to contact him. Fock ERIC.

 

These threads have been going around for a while... I understand the first few, but after a while you would think people would do their homework before buying from someone.... Simply reading the various threads made me decide to go another route and guess what, that kit SUCKED big ones.... I would have been better off waiting a year for Eric to get his ish together and order then. When his stuff is right it is spot on but no one highlights the good anymore, heck, we all went to him because the work was great. I don't know, it sucks for both sides involved and I do think Eric needs to get his orders worked out but I also think a few people have issues and it becomes the end of the world. Most of the time, if fitment is off the body shop can fix it... granted its for a price but, as I learned with my kit.... perfection takes patience and $$$...

Edit: The shop I had my car at didn't do proper test fitting before paint and when they tried to install it went downhill from there. I could blame the manufacturer of the parts but instead I blame the shop for not keeping up their end of the deal. In the end the kit is on and looks a 9/10... life goes on and no one got hurt....

 

You cannot just take away his sponsorship status. He will still be a member on here and people will contact him to purchase kits.

Maybe like a 1 month ban or something to give him time to get everything in order.

It would be kinda sad to loose Eric permantly. He does usually produce some great products.

 

You obviously didn't read the whole thread before you posted. He has continually tried to contact him with no response. You fail.

I think he should post up what the hell is going on, offer apologies, but I have a feeling the money is long spent. I dont think offering money back to those who were wronged will be an option, but thats just my two cents. Remedy will most likely be to wait a month or so for another kit.

how can a person be patience in this situation when you dont hear from the seller after contacting him so many times. patience is a virtue, i'm sure 90% of the time, people would understand as long as you have the peace of mind that you'll be taken care of. at this point, when you received the wrong item or the fitment wasn't correct, even worst BOTH!! how would a person feel about it, just like what i said, put yourself in that person's shoe. some people who was taken care off feels more secure about him coz its done and over with, what about the people who was left in the dark?? you can't be selfish because you're ALL SET, understand how other people feels. it this happens to you, you'll be flippin out like a psycho. some people might think he's god, he's good and that he will take care of the problem, where is the sense of security when you dont hear from him?? honestly he's scared to ffuc#k with people who are local coz they can just easily find him, aint that the truth???

Ill make one....right now the NGC has been hurt and we are trying to get Eric the opportunity to let us know WTF is going on. I should have my car back today, and just on his "perfect fitment" comment alone and "all the cars we test fit, were perfect" **** will **** me off enough to make a thread in the main forums...dont you worry about that...
