Seems like a lot of poeple have been screwed by this guy, i feel for those with money in interum with nothing to prove for it right now. Almost ordered a bumper when i got hit, thank god i didnt!

The cost of prep on these parts offsets the savings.

I agree, but unfortunately even big name kits will have minor issues, costing more for purchase and repairs... but this is getting silly I am afraid to get my car out of the shop (performance) to drop it off for the kit I have now....lol

End the end, I do wish Klum well, I know he is an old schooler that has put in the work. I think he probably needs help to maintain the volume that he is getting, but NEVER bit the hand that feeds you.

I will refrain from any more of my rants, via the ADMIN above... so I am standing by for feedback.

So when is this issue going to be resolved? Is his customer service ever going to improve? How come there are over a dozen negative threads about him and he never post in them to defend himself or give an explanation as to why his customer service sucks? Hasn't this been going on for 3 to 4 months now...? You would think this would be plenty of time to remedy any issue at hand, but so far nothing has changed.

I personally have never done business with him, I tried to purchase something from him several months ago before all this started. After 2 weeks of trying to contact him and getting no reply I decided to take my money elsewhere.

I wish him luck and hope he is able to get back on his feet, and if not then something has to be done.
