well he didnt bother replying to anything while he was online so im not getting my hopes up

 

He never responded to the other threads when they were "actively" being added to.. So I wouldn't expect any response to this one either..

 

If the service is that bad get your money back and call it a day.

File the claim...you tried to contact him he didnt respond to resolve it and let them take over.

 

It's sad because he just seems overly swamped with work. He really should hire 2 more people to help out, **** if I was him I would hire a secretary. He is blowing up and he knows it, and now that he has, his popularity is starting to threaten to destroy him.

Customer service is my EXTREMELY important to me, and it should be to him too. I own 2 small side businesses and the customers happiness is the most important thing to me. Also, he should not let the high demand bring his quality down. I don't know about you guys, but I would rather wait for MONTHS for a perfect fitment kit then wait 2 weeks for a ****ty one.

 

How many more threads do the admins need? If Eric refuses to fix his mistakes then he shouldn't be allowed to sell ish or even post on here. They should IP block is azz.

Ban him no maybe just take away his sponsorship. yes he having customer service problems but he still contributed allot to/and for this site
