Yep.

Strafe's stated reason: they won't be able to get back to people quickly enough.

Real reason: they don't want people posting their bad experiences with Strafe and driving away customers.

No Man .they can make their own threads like yours or post in here. Its seems now you just like to rant and keep on bashing Strafe. You made your point. That is your right.... Why continue? Post count? Thread bumping? We take the good with the bad..It happens and yes we regret it. Things happen beyond Our control. You ordered, we ordered they never came still, and you cancelled ..You went somewhere else and thats that....Sorry you feel the way you do. Point well taken.

Why is that so hard? Email Us for a better response is simple...Wastes no time...I'm at the fire Station for 48hrs and get on here for about a hour each day. Then when Off I take care of my wife, house, my build, and Strafe Customers. stuff like driving all over to pick up parts.Test fits, dropping stuff off to fill orders, shipping. going to the port My commute is 126 miles 1 way.. about 2- 21/2 hrs to home its about 10:00/30 AM PST .I then answer emails or place orders and start my day. I drive 20 to 25 miles to City of Industry and that area.......So to login into driver to read a thread doesn't make sense a email or PM I can get to faster from my phone.......Same with Dustin he starts at 9:00 Am and gets the orders ready and quotes and handles issues before they get to me,....Since we sell Products for more than just Z's and G's we spread out our time very thin.. We still try to even handle any complaints or issues with shipping..We check for updates on stock or tracking numbers. As you well know sometimes we answer very later at night or early in the morning . Sometimes weekends if we have time or free time from Our family.

.We open a thread to bump we spell out how to get a quote or order and customer hits us up . What more is needed?. We are trying a new approach that works for Us and Our Customers...It seems to be working already. So there you have it I explained to the forum enough information on how Strafe's day goes. Why do we do this? Because we do care..You and others might not believe it but we do.....

We don't sit at a computer all day and night..So we are exploring a different way to do business. I have missed a lot of Posts in my threads or been able to give quotes due to where I work, or I get on driver way to late. Like now... So Again Sorry you feel the way you do. Point well taken.. Take care and enjoy your car..

Strafe is done responding to your thread...

Frick if there's something I'm getting downright sick and tired of is seeing your "other" job continuously used as an excuse for guys feeling like they're getting jipped. And of course, we need to ensure everyone knows you're at a fire station. My hero!

Well with the 48 on comes 96 off...

It's not your customers fault that you feel you're too busy to provide consistent service. If you can't produce, then don't peddle your wares.

"I have something to sell you and can give you a great deal. I will do everything in the world for you and THEN some- even moose stuff."
"Okay, I'll buy it. Here is my money..."
"Thanks."
1 month.
"Hello?"
2 months.
"Uh... hello?"
3 months.
"Ahem... hello?"
4 months
"0456."
Then... out of the darkness comes: "I'M BUSY. I WORK 48 HOURS AT A FIRE STATION."

Word.

I'm active duty Marine Corps, so I'm kind of busy, but I don't tell vendors "hey, I'd like to buy this item, send it to me, and I'll pay you when I get it and then use my military status to delay payment."

Like we said and I guess it wasn't clear. If we can't get the stock. We wait, as does the Customer. Its not our fault if something is out of stock. Plain and simple.. Its not the service people complain about its getting their items that we are waiting for too. What isn't being said here is Patience and understanding. If we make the item then cool its on us. If we don't then its a straight waiting period.. You can try and pick apart my explanation. That is fine....

We are very clear "We will send Tracking when the item ships".

If you haven't got a tracking number then I would say it hasn't shipped. . WE have all our orders logged and know what hasn't shipped yet...I would say in most cases its just Patience that is the issue..

We both are mod our cars just like all of you. We are consumers and sometimes we have to wait too. I don't email the company I just wait for my products whether it takes 1 day or 6 months. I understand . If a company says it is back ordered it just that and I wait...I don't get rude and make demands.

I guess if the OP asked Dustin and myself to find another one somewhere and the difference would be taken care of by the OP or if we found it cheaper we would have done that..I don't know what else you are looking for with your thread OP you have stated your facts and you have got it all out there. I don't see anymore on topic you need here. This is just becoming a lets see how many pages we can get here. I explained myself your transaction is complete TAke Care OP..
