Actually, yeah, it is the service people are complaining about, as well. Your customer service sucks. Specifically you, Lawrence. Dustin is much better. Still not what I would call good, but far better than your snide, condescending attitude.

As for patience and understanding? **** that. 5 months is far too long to wait for an inexpensive item that I could have ordered off of Amazon and received in two days, or ordered from a better vendor here, and got in about 5 days. So, Lawrence, you can take your patience and shove it where the sun don't shine.

After reading all your responses, trying to blame other people, and saying it's my fault for not having patience, I'd done hoping you get better. At this point, I hope your business goes under.
