So from the looks of this thread, the majority of the people who are/were satisfied with Strafe, are the ones who had the privilege to deal with them in person. I was planning on ordering a trunk/bumper from Strafe a few weeks ago and it took a while to hear back from them. I started reading up on them a little more, and realized how many people had complaints. So after all of that, I contacted Eric from BAUS and he was quick and friendly to deal with. I placed my order from them about a week ago, and they have already called me to give me a little update on my items.

I'm at 43 days since I ordered. About 3 weeks after I ordered ... I received the wrong item. Sent it back, have heard nothing since except a "can we confirm your shipping address" (Derr, same as last time when you sent me the wrong part!) I filed a paypal dispute. I'll escalate it to a claim pretty fast if they don't respond. And yea, I paid with paypal, I refused their absolutely inane "email us your credit card info" line. Anyone who literally emails their credit card info out deserves identity theft. And any company who asks you to do that is far from legitimate. Too bad I didn't realize that sooner.

Is there a reason all of their threads are locked? Did they finally leave?

More like a way for the negative comments to not be clustered in one area. We have to work harder now to get the word out that their customer service is subpar.

Yeah, I made them call me so that I could give them my credit card info on the phone. Wasn't too keen on PM'ing or emailing such sensitive info.

The OP who started this thread is a awesome guy. We helped to facilitate this transaction. It was missing a part and we along with Danny tried to really help Jeremy get the missing part. Strafe has all those same contacts and more and we along with Danny could not locate what was missing.
Patience is a very hard thing and Jeremy really want to drive his car. Danny came through on a guy who made things possible.I'm taking care of the other side of this issue for him.
Jeremy has been a awesome guy from the start of his build. He and I have established a good relationship. I have actually talked about the patience thing and the new customer. He gets it. I told him not to make a thread like this and he did. I told him what to expect and I was spot on. Thanks Bro. lol
Now soon he will be very happy and will have a nice build. Few people get Our personal numbers. Thanks Jeremy for understanding some of this biz side...BTW enjoy the weekend when you get your POD.
