^I feel you Phil. Just like I (and other staff members) have done with several other vendors in the past I have told BAUS that they need to address their issues, particularly with responsiveness and follow through. It shouldn't take a Staff member contacting a vendor for them to all of a sudden become responsive. I know they are super swamped with various things, but that is no excuse at all. When running a business you gotta take care of your customers period. I just wanted to let you (and everyone else) know that from a staff members perspective that we are doing our best (what little is in our power) to help forum members out when issues do arrive.

I'm not aware of anyone losing any money from doing business with BAUS (but rather having transactions that take an extremely long time in some cases). If that is the case (that you are out money and have no product) please contact someone on the Staff ASAP and we'll do what we can to help you.

sometimes i wonder are these guys running a legitimate business or what gives? crappy costumer service and products taking forever to be shipped out is just unacceptable and not showing respect for people that put their trust and money into your company believing thy would receive their products in a timely matter

if this was to happen anywhere else they would go bankrupt.

The thing is that even if they are too busy to ship their products the very least they could do is announce that there may be delays due to it rather than just disappearing off of the forums. I don't wander the forums very much anymore so I don't know if they're still active in other threads but I do know that they have the time to update their Facebook with event coverage, pics, and regular status updates. They may not have to go through each and every thread or message, but at the very least just make an announcement to help the people who have placed their orders know that they still have something to look forward to.

Mad respect for you brotha,
I understand how much yall can or can not do,
my main point, is the members continue to support the vendors, even though they get walked on, hoodwinked out of money, no communication, but the minute it's made right, all is forgiven, and THAT's why you continue to have Strafe, Baus Auto, vendors showing up, and thriving because apparently poor communication, poor service, is accepted as long as it's bottom dollar price, I just won't be recommending anyone
thanks!
~Phil

^ My guess is that they're probably embarrassed and feel that it's already FUBAR'd.

No clue why they haven't responded and I agree that they already should have at this point related to some of more recent posts in this thread.

I've been in 2 way contact with them related to members that they need to follow up with. I haven't talked to them about responding to this thread.

I have an opnion on it based on the limited info I have, but I can't speak for them on matters like this. I wouldn't come to the conclusion that they are "on the way out" though.

I'm posting on behalf of Eric and BAUSAuto while they privately take care of open orders.

BAUSAuto is currently working on getting another couple of people to take care of the forums since Eric is running everything on his own for the most part.

BAUSAuto will address the issues one at a time until everything is caught up and current/future customers are taken care of.

BAUSAuto ask for your patience and will assure you that no one will be left behind with their orders.

- JBF
