Buying my G
Buying my G
Well, I thought I had some negotiation skills but it turns out that I suck. I could not get the dealer to go below MSRP for a 6-speed coupe in So Cal. Has anyone had any luck with any dealers in So Cal? I hear a lot of stories about people getting a grand or more off of thier coupe, but I dont know if that is possible in Cali.
No G35c yet (But getting close)!

Re: Buying my G
Nope, not possible in California. Most of those discounts happen on the east coast. For some reason, they dont like the G as much as they do here.

Re: Buying my G
not necessarily.. it's not unheard of, but to be honest, it's pretty rare.. the 5AT prices are definitely negotiable.. while i was shopping for the 6MT, i was able to get 500 off at most.. but most were pretty firm on MSRP.. good luck no ur search..

Re: Buying my G
I'd have to agree with that.
You're lucky to get MSRP with a few freebies thrown in maybe!
Automatics discounts are available.
On the 6-Speed's with Brembos and Navi fo'get about it.
I was considering trading in my '03 for a six speed coupe this weekend with NAV...I'm still "upside down" after a year by about $10,000.00 + which I already knew.
I'd have to shell out an extra $5,000.00 to get me into a 6-speed cpe w/navi -
Here's the funny thing..I'm paying $559.00 w/tax on a 60mos lease which I now plan to finance this year. I shelled out $2,500.00 + my 2002 TLS as a trade in which I paid $435w/tax and $1,000.00 out of pocket. No trade at that time..So anyways, I can get into a 2004 Q45 fully loaded for $700.00 / 60mos purchase...which MSRP = $50,000.00 + GO FIGURE - I'll just play with the sedan for couple more years and sell it on the side or trade it in for a newer G or whatever else comes along...
That's just my $0.02 worth
