Polishing PIAA wheels

Is it possible that after using harsh chemicals on these wheels, you can have the lips re-polished??

Are they a true 2 piece or welded 2 piece? If they are a true 2 piece yes you can have them polished. if they are welded you are SOL because the job would never look 100%.

^ correct. if they aren't taken apart, you may see a burn mark where the spokes meet the labia.

Super Rozza too, I got a aluminum polishihg kit that use drills.

Had to do that after winter use. Watch out, over polished part may
see black, the spokes are painted, has black under coting under the silver.

hey guys,

i got the super rozzas. i know they are 2 piece. i actually tried taking the rivets out and i thought i could take apart the 2 piece wheel and clean the whole wheel. it didn't seem like it would come apart. are the two piece welded together and the rivets are just cosmetic? is there a way to take the wheels apart to clean it where the spoke meet the labia? thx fellow piaa users =) or non-piaa users =)

mother's billet polish is great for polished aluminum. make sure you don't have a clearcoat first.

the wheels are welded together if you take one off and look you will see the weld. You can not separate them.
