Tire feathering issue, personal experience

Took my G35 to the Nissan dealer to get the oil changed. The service tech told me there was a feathering problem with the front tires. I noticed a while ago I have lots of road noise and inner front tire wear. He said if it was a 350Z he would replace the tires free of charge due to a recall and he called the Infiniti dealer to see what the policy was there and found no recall. How could this be. 350Z and G35 have same problem and Nissan takes care of their customers and Infiniti does not? WTF????
Tried to do a search here and saw where many of us are complaining about the inner front tire wear and noise. Am I missing something?

After selling it to my bro, my coupe ended up the same, and Infiniti refused to step up....It was traded in on an Accord.
Complain like hell to Infiniti consumer affairs. Eventually they'll 'figure it out'.

I replaced my tires about 6 months ago because of 'feathering' and I couldn't take the noise anymore. 13K later, that same noise is coming back. Took my car to the shop and the tires are feathering once again. What is it about this car or is it the tires? I'm still running Michelin PS2.
