Volk GT-S offset question

I want to order the +17/+18 offset combo for my G, but im being told with a 285/35 in the rear, even with the fender rolled it will rub. I know there are a few Z's with this combo and have the fenders rolled/cut and have no problem. Just wanted to see if any G's had the GTS on yet with the +18 offset. Im dropped on Z H-Techs so its about .6" lower than stock. I dont wanna go with a 275 because I dont want that stretched look.

it depends on tire brands. most tires like Toyo are on the extra swamperish side, so choose accordingly.

what size tires are you running? I am looking at maybe getting some gt-s, Im lowered on eibach sportlines. Status is recommending 255/35/19 and 275/30/19. Isnt 245/35/19 and 275/35/19 better set up?

thanks! Looks sick! I currently roll 235/35/19 on 8.5 and 275/30/19 on 9.5. I think the 35 in the rear will be much nicer

I think thats about the same as the Z H-techs. I think I will be fine if I roll the fenders, seeing that your not rubbing at all and you dont have your fenders rolled.

Thanks
