What are some decent tires?

I am getting new rims and i need new tires to go with them as well. I was looking into a tire that would be mediocre, nothing to soft or hard. I am thinking about getting toyos, any other reccomendations? The cheaper the better. But i would rather choose quality if it means spending another 20-25 dollars or so for each tire.

I bought my Toyo T1R for a great price.

Check out edgeracing.com

I went with 255-35 F and 285-35 R for my 19x9 and 19x10.5 setups

General Exclaim UHP. They are an excellent performer (traction - very good to excellent; road noise - minimal; squirm - minimal) and for the price ($550-600/set online), I doubt that they can be beat.

For me, the fact that they work in snow is a VERY big bonus because it saves needing to change wheels/tires twice a year and I don't have to drive on poor handling tires for five months out of every twelve.
