Stock chrome 18's on Ivory Pearl coupe?

Anyone have pics of that setup? I'm thinking of going with these and was wondering how they would look.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/18-8-...2869QQtcZphoto

The primary reason I want to upgrade is that I feel that my current stock 17's are too small looking for this car. I'm thinking that chrome would look good on Ivory pearl, especially with all the other chrome on the car (grille, tailpipes, liceinse plate frames). Plus, I don't want to mess or potentially lose the tire pressure monitoring system, so going with these would be a safe bet....

Fixed the link. They are replica sport 18's in chrome.

I dont think the 18's look very classy in a chrome finish, what about a set of used stock 19s? They are shinier than the regular 18s and you can get a nice set for cheap w/tires too in the marketplace.

Just a thought.

It would look great compared to your 17" and the price is right. Go for it.

Thanks for the opinions guys. I've been thinking about getting these for a while, but I've been wondering if the upgrade would be "enough" considering the price. I think the car would look pretty classy....more of an elegant/luxurious look rather than the agressive type achieved with some of the other types of wheels. I'd imagine that the car would look great rolling at night.

I thought about that for a bit, but I want go with all-season tires....not available in that size. Plus, I don't want to pay tons of $$$ each time on tires that don't last as long.

I think they would look OK, but you should find out how much they weigh before you buy them. I considered getting replicas for my car until I found out they weighed over 30 pounds each. I was also told the quality on some replicas is terrible.

As an alternative, you should check into some of the chrome services. LA Wheel chromes OEM wheels and resells them. They would probably offer you something for your 17's in trade.

You might want to call LA Wheel if your stockers are in good shape. You might work out a deal.

Here is an example of what they do on an exchange basis:
