Or Ebay or Craigslist. I sold my old snows & rims on Craigslist after posting it for 1 week, as I didn't have much luck here after several months of posting.

Desert platinum 04 what, sedan or coupe?

Where do you live and drive?

Characterize how you drive.

You gotta give us something to work with, ya know.

BBS are excellent rims & pricey. Snows, I went with the Dunlop M3's....excellent snow traction, yet excellent handling (for a snow tire that is). Search the wheels & tires sub-forum.

this winter in NJ i drove on 350Z 18" wheels with Dunlop M3 tires. great tire, i was able to get up a 45 degree hill during the last ice storm. and the tires were great in about 3-4 inch snow. since we didnt have a bigger storm this year i cant say how they would handle in 12".

I can vouch for the Blizzak WS-50s which are Q rated, these were great in the relatively light snow and ice we had here in Philadelphia this year. This was the first year I had them on my 03 sedan.

Bridgestone has Blizzak LM22s and LM25s if you want a higher speed rating.

I have a DP 03.5 sedan and I ran 205/60 or 65 /16 Michelin X-Ice tires this winter on a cheap but nice looking set of Sport Edition wheels from Tirerack. Really, you want thinner and smaller tires for the winter.

The X-Ice seemed to get the best overall reviews. They handle very well for a winter. they are pretty quiet on the highway and the ride is softer then my Toyo Proxies in 235/50/17.

I would most definitely go x-ice. I put 10k on them this winter and they look almost new. Awesome.
