Tire size for rim ?

Will 245/45-18 fit properly on a 18x9.5 rim?

Check TireRack. They are awesome on stats like that. Just look up your tires and then check that size. Their chart will tell you what range you can use for rims on that size and what the best size rim is.

The front and rear wheels are the same size though. This would be no different than what the majority of people run on the front widthwise with 9.5/10.5 setups anyways so it should be okay

I'm looking at a set of 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rears for my vehicle. I got a score on 4 245/45RZ18 tires that I couldnt pass up, so now I'm fitting rims to the tires, i know, back-asswards

Thanks all for the past and future responses

Just go to specs on your tire page
It gives the rim width range for your size tire there. It is 7.5" to 9"

Ok, on that link just above that yellow banner there is a list of things including reviews, etc. Well if you click on the "specs" link it will take you to said chart.
