Brakes squeak after sitting for a few hours

My brakes squeak when I first move the car after sitting for some hours(AT no brembos) ...especially in reverse...anyone else have this problem or is it normal? Pingo

not on mine.does it go away after awhile? how new is your car? maybe the pads haven't settle in yet.if that happen alot i would take it back to the dealer.shoul be free of charge...

squeak going forward goes away few min driving... like urs, mine squeaks in reverse... this is not normal... take it to the dealer i guess...

Pingo it is normal. It happens on my car too. The dealer said that there is nothing they can do to fix them and will not replace your pads if there is more than 20 percent. As you should know, Infiniti launched a new program that warranties the brake pads for 3 years =)

I get a slight squeak when braking like in a parking lot or such situation, haven't noticed in normal street braking. (does that make sense?) Has this just happened since it was colder? I have noticed that in several cars I've had before.
