Anyone have a problem with Axis center caps popping off because the hit the hub, axle on the rear of the sedans.

I have 19" Axis shine and on the rear wheels the center cap is touching the hub nut spindle part, i need to fix this i dont want to lose them while driving.
Any ideas ??? its so small Im thinking of maybe trying to dremel out the back of the center cap to make some clearance. I dont what else to try???
