I have a chance to get some 18x8 volk that come with 265/35/18 Kumho ECSTA V700 tires front and rear for $1000. The owner had this setup on his 350z for autocross and track. Will I run problems with ABS. Is the diameter correct? If not what size should I be looking at? Is this a good price?

I would put 245/40/18s in front and 255/45/18s in back. Nice looking wheel BTW. However they don't offer the flexibility of a set of say 18X8.5" and 18X9.5" wheels. Good price however.
