how to remove rivets?????????

I've posted a similar thread on here before, so I apologize. Question is.........I have a set of TSW Thruxtons that are sitting at the powdercoaters. He is having a hell of a time figuring out how to remove the rivets. They are pressed in, so a simple socket won't do the job. How, if any way, can I remove the pressed rivets????? They are stainless steel. Also, I don't mind screwing them up because I can have a new set ordered and use some epoxy to hold the new ones in. TSW told me that they know of a few people doing this, just don't know exactly how they are getting them out. Any help is much appreciated.

Use a cobalt drill bit, to fit the diameter of the rivet shank, use lots of pressure turning the drill at a slow speed.

arent TSW Thruxtons a 1-piece wheel? if so, then the rivets are just glued in.

Actaully - aren't those rivets cast into the lip - not even glued or separate? Just eye candy?
