Question Tire Size Recommendation

04 G35 6MT w/ Brembos
F: 19x9 +27
R: 19x10 +22

Car is currently on stock suspension, pending on how much of a wheel gap, ill lower it in the spring. I want some meaty tires since NJ roads suck.

PS: Should I get spacers?

255/35/19 - Front
285/30/19 - Rear

offset seems not very aggressive...

285/35-19 rear

This is bogus information. The "G" until 2007 had a built in stagger in the outer diameter of the front to rear wheels. Your VDC expects to see about a 1" difference in the OD from front to back. Using the above sizes will kill the stagger. The proper sizes are 245/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear. Your recommended sizes of 255/35/19, and 285/35/19 are perfectly fine. Also, your offsets, IMO, are OK, but just a tad aggressive in the rear. You could have a rub, but probably wont.

The 275's would help a bit too.

so in conclusion, which setup would be better for me?

245/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear
or
255/35/19 front and 285/35/19 rear

Sorry guys, I'm such a newbie at tire sizes.

IMO, the (a) option would lessen the chances for a rub on the rears. Both sizes will fit fine on your new wheels.

As for a tire recommendation (I know, you didn't ask) I'm running Dunlop SP Sport Maxx and luv 'em.

You can fit the 255/285 combo perfectly fine, your offset in the rear isnt aggressive, its pretty flush. Roll the fenders when you drop it and you'll be all set.

Tire sizes with your rims.........!

I have 245's in front and 275's out back on the same rim offset you have. If
I push it on a very tight down hill right hander the left tire rubs even with my
sways and strut bar....so I'm carefull! I'd like to see where it hits but it's
almost impossible to duplicate sitting still.

I said I'd like to see it, and not on skinny wheels either or with super stretched tires
