I'm not sure about local shops around your way, but as for online orders...

discount tire direct just had $100 off and free shipping that just ended over the weekend . For now i think tirerack is one of the best places to order tires.

My advice for what it's worth is to buy them locally so if you have any problems they'll take care of you. Try getting a tire problem issue corrected when it's a web purchase. I've heard too many stories about people leaving messages and not getting returned call. Locally you can just ask for the shop manager. Plus if you need to return a tire that's going to cost you a bit and take forever to get resolved.

Get a few web quotes and call around locally to get a price match. I bought four tire recently from the web and they are causing vibrations. The shop that mounted them can rebalance them but if they don't balance I'm S.O.L.

Most tire stores will match prices from the web.

Find the best price online, then get your local tire store of choice to pricematch. Done.
