245/40/18 winter?
It will throw VDC and TCS off. The 245/40/18 is OK in front, but keep 245/45/18 in back.
Comment: For winter (snow) driving you want to keep narrower tires on the vehicle than you do in the summer. So 225/45/18 might be a better choice for the snow, but I know that 225/45/18 might be a hard size to find, so, as I said, 245/40/18 would be OK because it would fit fine on your wheel and is the same diameter as the 225/45/18.
