Tire and Wheel Setup

I have a 2003 G35 Sedan

I want 19" Rims but I have no clue how to mix and match the tires and the wheels.

Here are some things that I want/don't want in my tire/wheel setup.

1). I want Staggard tires.
2). I'd like a high performance tire like a Falken if possible.
3). I want Summer tires. I have winter tires so I don't want all weather tires.
4. I don't want to roll my fenders.

I know there's a lot of different possibilities and a lot are personal preference, but if someone can give me 2 or 3 common set up options and the positives and negatives of each I'd appreciate because all these options that I have are overwhelming.

Also advice on the width of tires would be helpful.

If you want 19's and have a sedan I would go with 8.5's ~+35-40 up front and 10's ~+45 in the rear and roll your fenders.

With that combo you can run 245/35 front and 275/30 rear tires.

Nitto 555's, Falken FK452, Toyo T1R, Kumho SPT are good tire choices along with a dozen or so others.

I know this is a dumb question but what do you mean by rolling fenders? Is it when you make them a bit shorter so there is less rubbing?
Thanks!

It's when you take a gizmo and "fold back the inside lip (flange) of the fender to make more room for the tire under the fender.

That is the width of the rim.

The "offset" is the critical part here, you put the wrong offset and your tires will rub on the underside fenders (too much + offset) or the suspension (too much - offset)

Why do people have such a problem with rolling the fenders and installing camber kits? If you're going to modify a car, do what needs to be done to do it the correct way.

Because I don't know how to do it, where to do it, and how much it will all cost. It's hard enough trying to get the info on how to match the tires and the wheels in one simple reply.

Ask questions about how to do it, where to do it, and how much it will cost. That's how we all learn. I rolled my rear fenders in my garage with a rubber mallot and a heat gun, using a lot of light blows to gently bend the lip over.
