The story of my OEM 18" rims.
Looks good man, but still needs a drop...
I am holding out for the snow to stop and I am going to get the H-tech's for a 350z and drop mine..
They came out much nicer than I imagined they would...

OP, that is pretty cool. I have an extra set of OEM rims that I jacked up REALLY bad. Two of the rims have EXTREMELY bad curb rash all around the entire rim (I lost control on a twisty road and slammed the driver side into a curb at about 50 mph). Anyway those rims are sittin around wasting space, but I think I found a use for them after seeing this thread.
So umm, since I'm a complete noob at this stuff, how about I paypal you 10 bucks if you take the time to write me up a detailed explanation of everything you did to get the rims looking like that, how you sanded them, the type of paint you used, where you got the paint etc. Sound good????

Sweet deal! Thanks for the update! How many cans of primer/paint/clearcoat did you use? I just bought two 12oz cans of white filler/primer and two 12oz cans of my color. Have any recommendations on a good clear coat to use?
Woowoo! This is gonna be fun!!
